Car Seats

Yes! We accept kids in car seats and booster seats; however, they must be provided by the parents for liability purposes and for the safety of each child. Nannies are trained to install basic car seats and booster seats. The car seat will be left at the drop-off destination.

Uniforms

Our Nannies are easy to spot at schools and activities with their purple polo shirts with the Capitol Child Care logo on them.

They also have Nanny Cab magnets on their cars for easy recognition in the school pick-up lines!

Booking

Use our easy online booking system to select the service area needed; then proceed to select a Nanny Cab Driver that services that area! If the Nanny you used last time is available, you are welcome to book the same Nanny; if not, then choose a different Nanny that is available. If you want the same Nanny, you are able to book up to 30 days in advance.

Rates

We have simple no contract, pay as you go rates, in our rates we take into considerations our nannies time to get to your location and home again on adverage this is an extra 40 mins on top of the drive for her. The minimum drive is $35 for 20 minutes and 5 miles. Additional miles are minutes are: $1/mile and $0.35/min with a $5 booking fee per drive. There is a one time $99 family registration fee and you can use us as much as you need.

Be in the know!

Our Nanny will call you before the ride to introduce herself and she can also provide a photo of herself, so the kids know who to expect.
Upon pick-up, the Nanny will text you that she has picked the kids up.
At the destination, the Nanny will walk the kids to their drop-off location and check in with a teacher, coach or a supervising adult, then text you again letting you know the kids are safely dropped off.
